What to include
- Your Lemon Squeezy order number, if you have bought Memory MCP.
- Your operating system and Python version.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Error text helps a lot.
Please do not send memory contents or anything private. We will never need it.
Refunds
If Memory MCP does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days through your order confirmation email or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. The full terms are in the refund policy.
Common questions
Does it send my data anywhere?
No. It stores everything locally and has no telemetry. The one network call is the one-time embedding model download on first run, unless you choose to configure an external embeddings API.
Does it need a licence key?
No. It does not check your licence or contact any server, on install or afterwards.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes, on any devices you personally use. The licence is per person. See the licence.
Is there a team licence?
Not yet. If several people need it, email us and we will work something out.
How do I get updates?
Re-download from your order. All 0.x releases are included. A future major version may be a separate paid upgrade.
What does the encryption cover?
Memories, transcripts, reflections and observations are encrypted at rest by default. The trade-off is that recall uses meaning-based search rather than keyword search.
