End User License Agreement
Software: memory-mcp (distributed under the package name vaultic-mcp)
Licensor: Patrick Morrison, trading as Morrisons AI Solutions, VAT number IE7181577J, of Boyle, Co. Roscommon, Ireland ("Licensor", "we")
Effective date: 24 September 2026 (version 1.0)
This is a license agreement, not a sale of the Software. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using memory-mcp, you ("Licensee", "you") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. Grant of license
Subject to payment and these terms, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run memory-mcp on any number of devices that you personally use, for your own use. This license is per person, not per organization — a team or company needing multiple people to use memory-mcp needs a separate arrangement with Licensor.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software to any third party.
- Remove or alter any copyright, license, or attribution notice.
- Use the Software to provide a competing hosted or managed memory service to others.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or branding.
4. Updates
Your purchase includes all future updates within the same major version (all
0.x releases, for example). A future major version (1.0, 2.0, and so
on) may be offered as a separate paid upgrade. Updates are delivered by
re-downloading from your Lemon Squeezy order; the Software does not check
for or fetch updates automatically over the network.
5. No warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying the Software meets your needs, including by reviewing its documented Limitations before relying on it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from use of the Software. Licensor's total liability for any claim arising from this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.
7. Data and privacy
memory-mcp stores your data locally on your own device; see privacy policy for what the Software does and does not do with your data, and what happens to purchase-related data handled by Lemon Squeezy as the payment processor.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Entire agreement
This is the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software, superseding any prior agreements regarding its subject matter.
