Refund policy

If memory-mcp doesn't work for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase through your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

There is no license-key deactivation step on refund, since memory-mcp does not use license-key enforcement in the first place (see privacy policy — no phone-home, no license validation). Requesting a refund is on the honor system: please uninstall the Software and stop using it if you're refunded.

Outside the 14-day window, refunds are considered case by case — contact morrisonsaisolutions@gmail.com with your order number and the issue you ran into.
